  • Seeds of Success is a community-based organization dedicated to Black and African American empowerment.  

  • Our mission is to provide knowledge, resources, and support to help individuals and communities in Seattle and King County achieve their full potential.

  • We believe that everyone deserves access to insight and opportunities that can help them thrive, regardless of their background or circumstances.

  • We  listen,  learn, facilitate, coach, navigate, document, teach, and heal.

Our Community-Based Research

  • Our research is designed to empower Black and African American communities with high quality, actionable data.

  • Our research is inclusive, equity-informed, and assets-based.

  • Our methods are rooted in a type of trust that takes years to cultivate.

  • Through high impact collaborations focused on community activation, Seeds of Success is asking and answering community-generated  research questions that will improve Black and African American futures.
